Though Amore Pizza has only been around for a few years, the pizzeria's growth has been exponential. Starting out as a small pizza trailer during the summer of 2013, it soon converted to a much larger pizza truck in 2014. Finally, in 2015, Amore opened its first brick-and-mortar location on Sante Fe Drive, where it dishes out New York-style pizza by the slice.

However, such continual growth is no coincidence—Amore's chefs make the dough fresh every day, and the tomatoes they use for their sauce are imported from Italy's San Marzano Valley. The menu features all the staples, including cheese, pepperoni, and sausage, as well as various specialties, such as the ham-, bacon-, and pineapple-loaded Long Island. Amore still doles out slices from its pizza truck, too, and revelers can find it around town every weekend.
