I love my lashes! Kind and very well at what they do. It's becoming a new addiction of mine!

I'm not one to post negative reviews, but this place is Very unprofessional, the owner was talking about gossip to the gal who was doing my eyelashes for the entire hour.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. April ate a sandwich while doing my lashes, talked with her mouth full right over my head, then wanted me to pay for 3 more appts before she would schedule another one. I got suckered into it and bought them but then it was difficult to get an appt. When I did, I had to wait 40 minutes past my appt time because they were running late and they did a crappy job with my lashes. Now I'm left having paid for 2 more appts but will never use them. This place is a rip-off!

Total ripff! With this deal you truly do get what you pay for. My lash professional was in training, without her trainer as her trainer was in the lobby babysitting for the girl who was doing my lashes. The lashes used felt like the ones put on dolls -think of the ones who close their eyes when you laid backwards. One lash came off immediately in the car and by day 3, I had no extensions left. When I called to talk about what happened, I was told that it must've have been me who did something wrong. And then proceeded to run down the list of the things I was specifically told not to do. At that point I decided I would not be returning. Their response: A nonchalant as if they could care less.
