What a wonderful experience going to Beauty & the Artiste was! I was told about what to expect, how to best take care of my skin's needs and my peel is fantastic! My face is thanking me!!! I'm now a loyal customer. 🫶

BEWARE! If I could give 0 stars I would! Amber was so rude and unprofessional! She was 11 minutes late, when she finally arrived there was no apology and said she left her phone at home, she asked me if I had cash\venmo for her tip! She went on about what a great deal I got and I was getting a $180 service so I should tip accordingly! Then she began pushing additional services trying to get me to purchase same day. I decided not to tip her at the end of the service as I didn't have cash and the customer service wasn't worthy of a tip. I was considering giving her a tip later that night via venmo, until the barrage of texts began and continued the next day, a total of 7 texts asking where her tip was! I’ve never been treated so rudely. And to top it all off, I have a large burn on the side of my neck from her sloppy treatment because she didn't wash the area properly after the treatment, I'm now using burn cream! Groupon and DORA are investigating. Hope she loses her license!
