Anyone can do Crossfit! No matter your fitness level or age. Crossfit Cherry Creek is a small gym too so you get lots of one on one training and eeveryoneis super friendly and welcoming!

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?

In CrossFit gyms you get to know the other members and build a strong relationship with them. CF gyms are more than a gym but rather a community. A combination of fast results as well as friends that hold you accountable keep you motivated.

Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy?

Everybody with a pulse can do CrossFit. While every member will be doing the same workout, the coaches will help "scale" the workout to every individual's fitness level. CrossFit aims to train people to be functional in the real world. We do not have machines but rather do everything with free weights because in the real world, you won't be dealing with a machine to lift something heavy.

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?

CrossFit Cherry Creek is a 5,500 square foot facility located in Denver, Colorado, just minutes away from I-25 and I-225 near the Cherry Creek Country Club. We offer group, semi-private, and private training for athletes of any level. Between our group classes, Olympic Weightlifting classes, and endurance specific programming, there is something for everybody.
