Masseuse talked the entire time and I asked for more pressure as she was lightly rubbing the surface of my skin. She said she was waiting to get deeper after initial warm up but this never happened.

I bought this for my mom and you had to go online to schedule and was for a few months out which is standard but then she showed up and there wasn't anyone there so she waited for a half and hour and then just left. I could have just thrown the money in the trash I suppose and I would feel better about it.
