- DEFINE body: During this results-driven workout, the instructor mixes core-strengthening workouts with yoga and ballet-barre moves to strengthen cores and tone muscles.
- DEFINE mind: Focused on improving flexibility while invigorating the mind and body, this class uses soothing music to aid in stress relief.
- DEFINE revolution: A blend of isometrics and cardio, this class burns calories with high-intensity cardio workouts on the stationary bike.
- DEFINE bounce: Although this is a high-energy class, its trampoline and resistance-band exercises are decidedly low impact, so pupils see results while preserving their joint health.
- DEFINE life: Led by the studio's founder, Henry Richardson this program explores the themes of the aforementioned classes through an in-depth, 12-week curriculum.
