I've had the opportunity to work with Roxy for a few months now and I strongly recommend her services. When we first meet she took notes on my goals and has been super helpful with meal recommendations and checking in on how I'm eating. I've been amazed at the variety and difficulty of exercises we've done using almost only body weight and free weights. I love that I can do the same workouts on my own when I need to. She has also adjusted our routine over time to fit where I am and I always end my sessions sweaty and worn out—in a good way.
