I went back and forth calling and trying to make an appointment and whenever I called there was no answer and no way to leave a message. I never got my massage from here because I was unable to make an appointment. It was much more stressful than it should have been to get a massage which is ultimately supposed to be relaxing.

This place only has one person that does massages, so it is extremely hard to get an appointment. I bought this Groupon in July and the next appointment was not until November, so I scheduled it, but then one week before my appointment they call me and told me I have to reschedule. And they have an outside source that does all of their scheduling and they are really hard to get a hold of and when they called me, they would call after 9 pm! Groupon ended up giving me my money back because of this experience. I recommend not wasting your money at this place. Awful customer service at Get Your Massage Now.
