What do you love most about your job?
The Before and After results when using proper techniques and professional products! Plus the meet and greet of new customers is a Joy even better when I earn the business time and time again.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Luke gave us a tour of the facilities & it was ridiculously clean and neat. I've honestly never been to another groomer with facilities so clean and hairless. Obviously, I'm pretty impressed. Luke was also quite nice and his customer service skills were rock solid. Friendly, Sincere & Professional.
