About Happy Bakeshop

Happy Bakeshop's name came about thanks to one owner's young son, who, instead of wishing friends and family "Happy birthday!", would shout "Happy cakes!" His words resonated with his mother and her bakery business partners, so they stuck, and now Happy Bakeshop brings people joy with its baked goods, including cakes, cookies, macarons, and pies.

Both classic and original creations appear on the shop's extensive menu. Lemon bars sit next to Cloud 8 bars, a concoction of eight ingredients that include chocolate, butterscotch, and coconut. Specialty spreads like whipped chocolate ganache and salted caramel fill custom-made cakes, and gluten-free and vegan options take the form of rich chocolate and carrot cake.

Delicious treats and a wonderful staff!l. We love their cupcakes so much that we hired Happy Bakeshop to make our wedding cake, and we're so glad we did. Our wedding guests are still raving about the cake, and how often does that happen? Favorite bakery in Denver for sure!

Not worth the cost. I made a better cake of the same flavor (lemon cake with raspberry preserves) the year before and my box mix blew them out of the water. Cake is dry and flavors are lackluster. Frosting over compensates and filling is meager. So many other local bake shops are better.

I wish there was more room to choose cupcakes with kiddos. I am a nanny and I always feel awkward with children squeezing in such a close space when there are other paying adults in line. For a cute shop, it should be a bit more kid-friendly.

The cupcakes are tasty but the service was terrible! Apparently the Groupon Now deal was incorrect, which they honored. but was not very nice to me about.
