I had been messing with various workout programs for almost a year and getting zero, zilch, no results. I happened upon a Hot Mamas introductory class and showed up for what was turned out to be an absolute a**-kicking. I realized immediately that I was wasting my time (and money) doing anything else. Fast forward 4 weeks and I have just completed my first boot camp at HM. I am much stronger everywhere, I have much more energy and endurance and I have shaved inches off my stubborn, perimenopausal body! I'm not stopping now. The workouts are NOT easy. But, easy doesn't get results and I know you know what I'm talking about!
