I had a very positive experience with your company. Every employee I encountered, from the doctors to those working the front desk, were very friendly and professional. The crew of doctors and techs that took part in the surgery were especially awesome. They made a very nerve racking procedure feel a lot more comfortable. Thank you very much!

Thank you so much for being so great to me! I would have never been able to afford LASIK without the Groupon and the discount you gave me. I wake up every morning and get to see the world with new eyes because of your staff.

You all spent some quality time with me helping me figure out my candidacy for Lasik as well as referring me to a Retina Specialist who fixed a problem with both eyes. Without your thorough evaluation and recommendations, I wouldn't be seeing things so clearly! Thank you!

As the wife of the man receiving the surgery I had several perceptions I'd like to share. But first I'd say that my husband's experience overall was great. It was a simple, fast, relatively pain-free experience and all the staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. He experienced no problems whatsoever with the surgery or post op. My first impressions were good. Now that I have had several weeks to observe my hubby and also think about it all I realized how "factory-like" it all felt. People were in and out like cattle. It's somewhat easy to see, however, why that is. I had the opportunity to watch my husband's laser surgery and see just what a speedy procedure it actually is so that explained some things. I had also had my exam scheduled at the same time so went through the same protocol as he and everyone else being examined for this procedure. The pace seems TOO fast.....not necessarily do you feel pressured, it's more subtle than that....very professional and unseen, but still there. The push to get you to schedule your surgery immediately was there. The Groupon initially seemed like a great idea, but now we see how expensive it really will be in the end. Of course there was the extra he had to pay for one eye because it required the use of a different machine and a few extra seconds of work. Then there is the 200 bucks an eye for lifetime insurance and then the "required" yearly exams at $118 each. Any savings with this Groupon are totally lost here. There was definitely not ENOUGH emphasis given to the idea that he would REALLY need to wear reading glasses more than he thought. He does enough close up work that he now walks around with reading glasses perched on his head and has several pair around the house, in vehicles, in his pocket, etc….. We live in Colorado Springs and when we retire in a few years and begin RV'ing we will have to be sure to be back in Denver at least once per year to have this exam in order be in agreement with the contract and have “free” lifetime tweaks when necessary. My hubby has wanted this surgery for so many years and was so excited about it that he simply didn't take enough time to think about everything, and when I finally did, I was afraid it was too late to cancel the appointment, so we just did it. It's for all these reasons that I have reconsidered using my Groupons, and am now going to request a refund.
