We usually use Groupon for Jiffy Lube. Can’t beat the deal and Jiffy Lube does a great job. Great customer service!

I don't recommend this service. the shop fees were 25% more than the Groupon voucher, even with saying no to all of the intimidation and pressure to do more. I just wanted an oil change.

1) Service at this location is reliable for over 7 years. 2) Griffin is responsive to customer concerns. 3) The GROUPON tactic is underhanded and unacceptable - It's understood that diff. vehicles have differing oil volume requirements. It is an UNDERHANDED BUISNESS TACTIC to ADVERTISE "OIL CHANGE" at a specified price, then revert back to DEFAULT pricing for the extra volume above 5 quarts. You've done this for year for years. Your ads KNOWINGLY MISLEAD THE PUBLIC. - When conventional oil was the norm, your uNDERHANDED TACTIC was less impactful on customers - still not okay, but less impactful. Now, with full synthetics requirements on newer cars, and a 5-10x cost for synthetics, this UNDERHANDED tactic is in YOUR favor MORESO since the unit cost for synthetic is so much higher. Your TIRED GROUPON deal ORIGINALLY Intended for Conventional oil audiences need a YOUNGER perspective to be APPEALING and of TRUE VALUE to the growing demographic in your MARKET. - You need to do a better job COMMUNICATING the TRUE/ACTUAL benefit of the Groupon because you are FAILING to TELL THE WHOLE STORY to CUSTOMERS. An Oil change with "25% discount" should NOT still be $100 when your advertised price is $34.99-$39.99. YOUIR LYING TO THOSE THAT HAVE SUPPOPRTED YOIU FOR A DECASDE - I VOTE with my dollars and my dollars vote to go elsewhere after all these years....frankly. BREATEH NEW LIFE INTO YOUR ADs.Your MARKET Expects you to ADAPT - it;s time to now show signs of that, evolution.
