Time-honored culinary traditions and modern techniques collide deliciously at La Sandia. Chef Richard Sandoval grew up in Mexico and first learned to appreciate authentic Mexican cooking in his grandmother's kitchen and in the restaurants owned by his father. But it was his extensive travels around the world that inspired him to take the authentic recipes he knew and loved, and give them an international spin.
