I got a groupon for infrared sauna. Loved the sauna experience, but the best part was booking an appointment with Jacqueline Thomas, one of the resident naturopaths at M3. Wow! She’s fantastic, very knowledgable and caring. After just one week of following her instructions, I’m feeling much better.

This is a very clean, comfortable, relaxing environment. I just wish the hours were earlier so I could actually be able to use my 10 sauna sessions
