QiFlow sprang from the mind of studio creator, Dawnelle Arthur, who found she wasn't content to explore just one kind of fitness movement—she wanted to try them all. So she dedicated an entire studio to mixing and matching different exercise styles.

The studio favorite QiCycleFLOW class blends cardio-pumping cycling with (qi)FLOW inspired movement therapy and mobility exercise. 30 minutes of cycle followed by 30 minutes of (qi)FLOW. The perfect movement combination. Warm-weather indoor-outdoor Urban Bootcamps, fusion (qi)FLOW classes, and other group classes ranging from kettlebells to SculptFLOW provide even more ways to achieve fitness goals while collaborating with your instructor and the QiFlow community.

Love everything about this place. Great variety of classes and facility. So far all of the instructors I've met have been incredibly nice and helpful.

Super-friendly instructor, nice open space that accommodates several types of classes. Love their free-movement philosophy - every class is different from the last. Keeps the body guessing and exercising freely. I took the SculptFLOW class and it felt amazing! Think yoga with weights. Dawnelle instructed step-by-step for the full 45 minutes. The other students were so nice, too. Equipment is provided, though it's suggested you bring your own mat. I'm looking forward to trying out as many different classes as possible. Good vibes here!
