It made a big difference in my skin tone and Veronica was a delight.

She was nice but the procedure was not what I expected.

I don’t advise visiting Veronica. She was difficult to book with, had made several calls with no return phone calls until I was finally able to catch her for an appointment. She confirmed via text message, and then a few hours later asked to push back the appointment, because another client ran late. I understood, so agreed to come later. I ended up riding in the elevator with her to the appointment… Funny… I thought she was with a client, which is why she needed to reschedule? Didn’t introduce herself, didn’t ask my name or talk about my skincare needs. Just got down to business. Her methods weren’t very professional. I’ve had better facials elsewhere. And instead of a wand type of IPL, she just used this red light mask. That takes zero skills in my opinion. She put the mask on, set it for 20 minutes, and left the room. 10 minutes she came back in, asking if I wanted to finish early. Finish early???? If you didn’t have time for me in the first place… you should have cancelled, and advised me to refund my groupon. That would have been the easiest way to make sure that no one’s time was wasted. It PAINED me to leave her a tip. Ladies, don’t waste your money! There are plenty of other places that will do a much better job.
