What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After working in the cosmetology industry for 27 years, I've seen a lacking in actual customer service. Most salons are in a rush and have forgotten the quality portion of this field. Our motto is "If you don't look good, We don't look good."

What do you love most about your job?
Having a diverse clientele, but mostly, helping people feel good about themselves.

Tears and hugs of happiness because I listened, and created the look they desired.
