The Training Den LOHI provides a private training experience with our certified personal trainers with over 15 years of experience. Never wait for equipment in our private gym! We are designed only for private workouts and small group classes. You will sweat your way through a one on one session in corrective exercise, functional training, lifting, Pilates, yoga or high intensity exercises. 

We specialize in weightloss, nutrition, rehabilitation, athletic conditioning and physique competition.
