I had to miss an appointment due to illness and they would not budge on charging me the full price of my appointment. I understand policy, but not great customer service and they were very rude about it as well. Wouldn't go back here even if it was free.

Great float experience. The place is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have an amazing relaxation room, you can sit in, drink tea and keep that relaxed feeling going. Highly recommend this place. I’ll be coming back!

Very nice Place- Private Soaking Suites w rainfall shower! Neck float was a plus! I also made sure to book a Cryo, Salt Chamber, & Vibrational Bed! Staff was super accommodating!
