My appt was for 530 but my service didnt begin until 40 mins later! Then when I went to cash out, the technician told me I needed to pay the difference between the money I spent on the Groupon and the cost of the pedicure. She seemed to think the service I requested was different than the one I bought through Groupon.

Hi. I apology for the delay in your apt. we usually have specific technician that does Groupon and we didn't know you were from Groupon as it was never mentioned in advanced. She should have looked carefully at the name of the pedicure you have paid. It was her mistake for not reading it carefully.
