My grandmother died and I had to leave out of town. I had only made my reservation two days before we planned on using it and they still charged me the full price because I did not give them seven days notice (even though I made the reservation 2 days earlier) We did not get to use the pontoon rental.

AWFUL. Only 1 out of their 5 boats for rent had a LADDER AND NO ANCHOR! R U KIDDING ME? Their suggestion was to "beach it" when we had to urinate (women). That was not an option for us. It's mpossible for women, to hoist themselves from the water back up into a plontoon boat w/o a ladder.Ended up haviing to go into the marine each time we needed to use the restroom. Boat was FILTHY, FILTHY, FILTHY! Because all of the ladders were missing except for from one of their boats, we had to waste our gas and our day on the lake (6 hours) to trot into the marine to use the restroom. I will NEVER rent from them again and neither will anyone else who was on my boat.Should at least get a discoun

There was no ladder on the pontoon so had to come back in and after alot of. Complaining we then were given a different boat. There was no compensation for the extra work of switching boats or for losing time on our rental
