All day every day, the trainers at CrossFit Restart lead the workout of the day—the most important aspect of CrossFit. These workouts vary to keep participants engaged and working every part of their body. Even if they attend every day, the routine is different. Newcomers have to first take the orientation class, during which students take fit tests to help get prepared for classes.
