I am satisfied with the results of my facial. I admire Anya's hustle, but my enjoyment of the experience was marred by foreshadowing of the hard sell that was to come before I was allowed to leave. I was asked if I wanted to add on an LED light treatment, I was recommended products to purchase, I was told about a monthly membership club, and I was asked to book my next appointment and leave a 5-star Google review while she watched. I am a people pleaser, so I paid an extra $20 for the LED add on. This affected the overall value of the experience. I also left a Google review under duress (later deleted) hoping she would unlock the front door so I could leave. Stressful for me, not relaxing.

I had a great experience at Pure Spa. The facial left my skin refreshed and glowing. My hands felt so smooth and soft too. The esthetician was fantastic. I will make a self care routine of a facial and body massage at Pure Spa a monthly habit.
