At IronClad CrossFit, it’s not uncommon to see classes running in the sand on the beach, performing dead lifts in the gym, or flipping tires outside. Trainers Alex and Brett, who are both CrossFit-certified trainers, design a new Workout of the Day (WOD) each day for their clients. Although the WOD is never the same, it might incorporate a combination of various moves such as weightlifting, rowing, running, performing body-weight exercises such as pushups and pull-ups, or doing dips on suspended rings.
