I had a truly unpleasant experience at Crazy Lobster. The food was bland, tasteless, and looked anything but fresh — as if it had simply been reheated. Some dishes were oversalted, while others had an excessive amount of pepper that made my lips burn and made them practically impossible to eat. What’s worse, no one warned us about the extreme seasoning beforehand

The food was good, though the $25 Groupon didn't help much with our $112 bill (an appetizer, one glass of wine and 2 entrees). Our service was good except our waitress brought me the wrong entree and I had to wait about 10 more minutes before I got the correct one. The most challenging thing is how difficult to find this restaurant as it is in a gated resort. Once we entered the resort we still had to park in a garage and walk several more minutes to the restaurant. Lots of shops and restaurants in the resort, though we weren't in the mood to linger.
