Built in 1905, the Addison Building is a great example of architecture—in more ways than one. The throwback setting is home to Addison Eatery, where chefs build expert meals that they describe as "American cuisine with a twist." The feast begins at breakfast, when fried chicken wings crown belgian waffles and housemade corned beef accompanies hash. After breakfast, chefs turn their focus to entrees such as cast-iron mac and cheese, which they melt with béchamel and aged cheddar, and cooked-to-order Addison burgers, which includes a special patty stuffed with swiss cheese.
