Brake Tech Brakes $88, Warren

It still cost me $88 in addition to the Groupon despite the Groupon saying parts and labor included. I was there for hours during which I witnessed two customer incidents. Except for my brakes being kind of squeaky first thing in the morning, the job seems to be good. I don't think it's fair to change it up once my car is on the rack. I would have shopped elsewhere

Do NOT buy this Groupon. These people are con artist. They have no intentions on letting you use the Groupon unless you pay for additional services and if you refuse to let them service your car then they will tell you it’s not fit to drive and TRY TO KEEP YOUR CAR!! They try every thing to get you to spend more money. They tell you they can’t do brake pads unless they change your rotors and it’ll be $200+. The entire operation is a SCAM!! Never thought you would go to get your brakes done and end up threatening to call the POLICE to get car back!!

Don’t go here. Very rude and paid more money and wouldn’t explain what I was paying for. Took advantage of my lack of knowledge.
