Pedicure & Shoes 2 Go Day Spa is an upscale nail/shoe Day Spa in Downtown Detroit Area. We provide customers with a relaxing, rejuvenating atmosphere where all of their manicure, pedicure, facial, massage, and shoe needs will be met.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Pedicure & Shoes 2 Go is for ladies/men that are tired of going to two different locations for their shoe selection and manicure/pedicure services.

What do you love most about your job?

I love being able to meet new people and show them what customer service should be like!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The best reaction we've received from a customer is when they enjoy the time they have spent at our location and have said they can't wait to come back.

POSITIVES: The place was well organized. The staff was professional and respectful. They honored all details pertaining to the Groupon. The place had a homey atmosphere. NEGATIVES: The massage itself was mediocre. All areas of the body were addressed but it just seemed basic. I would prefer more attention to the legs. The facial was not great either. I didn't leave feeling relaxed.

We sorry to hear you didn't leave feeling relaxed. We do not address the legs on this package because there isn't enough time we spend 30min on the facial and foot treatment and 30min on the massage which we focus on the upper back. Also when people are late it does make the massage feel rushed that's why we ask guests to come in 15min early so the appointment can start on time. We hope you give us another try so you can enjoy a complete relaxing experience like our other guests.

Great staff! Very nice, also located next to a very nice upscale restaurant as a little bonus!
