I tried at least 4 times for a week until finally someone answered the phone so I could make an appointment. The other number listed on the Groupon had been disconnected. Aside from that, the wait time was good, it's a relaxing place, but first time I ever get a massage on one position only, she never massaged me while laying on my back. It was a good massage, but it's too long to be an hour on your stomach without moving. I would recommend to clarify that before getting the massage.

I had scheduled my appointment for a Saturday at 11:00am. A few days before my appointment I was called and they needed to change it. Lucky for me I didn't have anything planned the following Saturday. As I was heading there they called to me confirm my appointment and changed my time to 30 minutes later. Once I got there no one answered the door so I sat in my car for 30 min. Once inside she began to massage me over a blanket. Are you kidding. I couldn't wait to get out. I would not recommend this to anyone

The environment was not relaxing. The massage bed was hard and not comfortable. The therapist's hands were cold and she did not do a good job. I was very disappointed with the service and experience. I would not go back.

The therapist was friendly but only speaks Spanish. The place needs a little more spa-like decoration.
