Terrible experience! Could not use the Groupon for the oil change and had to pay it separate ( no disclaimer about synthetic and regular). I asked if I could use the Groupon at least for the tire rotation and car wash and he allowed but then I found out that the tire rotation cost $19.99 regularly so since I paid $34 for the Groupon it would be $14 for the car wash but they didn't wash the car at all. When I asked about it, a rude girl that moves the cars to service said that I had not paid for car wash and I said I did and she said that that was it just some water on the outside. If they had at least washed the outside I wouldn't be so disappointed but they didn't even wash the outside, the bird poop that was on it when I came in was still there and the wind shield was as dirty as when I came in. So bottom line this is misleading and a rip off because in the end I paid everything regular price and $14 for a car wash that was never done. Very frustrated!

They should include a deal with synthetic oil
