What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our instructors are experts in the proven Beachbody Live format. Home-based fitness programs like P90X and Insanity brought to our studio for group fitness sessions.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We have a wide variety of workouts with many different types of exercise moves. Turbo Kick, Yoga, PiYo, P90X, Insanity.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We wanted to provide Chamble with a fitness studio with a different atmosphere than your normal gym. A 'Zen-like" vibe gives a non-intimidating setting for participants.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the connection that we have for our members. When you join Chamblee Fitness you truly feel that you are part of our fitness family.
