Since the very beginning of his career as a physician and health educator, Dr. Greg Thompson has been supplementing the methods used in modern medicine—not being just another physician to prescribe drugs to only treat the symptoms of a disease, without addressing the underlying cause. After 30 years of working in the field, he decided to share his broad experience and establish the Southeastern Institute of Restorative Medicine—his own private practice, where the body's own ability to recover would be used to improve various health issues. Here, with a team of health professionals, he uses a patients' own platelet-rich plasma to address conditions like chronic pain or injuries, as well as to promote hair growth and rejuvenate the skin. The institute also performs other advanced anti-aging procedures, including thread lifts and dermal filler treatments, and has a licensed esthetician who performs body scrubs and facials to cleanse and nourish their clients' skin.
