Edible Arrangements, Douglasville

I preordered my arrangements a week in advance, but for all the others who did not preorder, they caused a back log that had me standing in the store for 28 minutes waiting on my arrangement.

The arrangement was beautiful and very tasted great. Thank you!

I used the Douglasville store. They gave me the runaround saying I couldn't place an order until the day I wanted to pick it up (which is NOT what the actual Groupon said). I called to place the order that morning, but got a different response saying they wouldn't make the arrangement until I stepped foot in the store. Finally, after going to the store itself, they gave me a hassle saying the first two people I talked to shouldn't have told me what they did, and that they were annoyed that all the Groupon people waited until the last minute to use the discount. They had "paying customers" who needed arrangements too. Once the store rep realized I wasn't leaving the store without my arrangement I had already paid for, he walked over to the case and gave me one. The arrangement was very pretty, delicious, and of good quality, but I'm not sure I'll use them again because of the run around and hassle they gave me.
