From making the appointment. Right down to picking the car up... They came outside with me. They showed me how to do it. He watched me do it and I just can't say enough about this experience with this place!!!

The customer service experience was great. Buying the Groupon DID NOT save me any money. I had to pay an extra $250 on top of the Groupon price due to having a push start. When I asked the cost if you were to walk in, it’s the same. I have used Sound of Tri Stete for years and will continue to for future purchases. I just feel this Groupon was worthless as it was a gift.
