I paid for my roof gutter cleaning. Their response is they don't clean gutters.Groupon should help me to get me a refund.

Attitude of person I dealt with. Said they really didn't make any money on this deal. Said they were a home improvement business and I had to schedule appointment several times as they didn't show up for the first couple of appointments.

I tried to get them to clean my gutters for 6 months until the voucher expired. Called at least monthly - always an excuse about the weather, etc. Never got the service. Adios to my $69 (or $79) and Groupon in general.
