Your manager was very rude & he wanted to extract more money from me . I agreed for that & he set my appointment after 2 days for service. The technician told me I don't have to pay extra. Same manager came after one hour he did not ask for extra . I think this guy should be fired or you should have some uniformity. Thanks

Yhe Delta Sonic team comes through again. They did a fantastic job of detailing my car. It looks almost showroom new even though it has over 60k miles. They are courteous and professional every step of the way.

when I went to go pick up the car they had clearly not vacuumed the inside. I ask the porter if he would vacuum and of course he did. I was disappointed that something as basic as vacuuming wasn't performed. I think they need to work on their quality control

I knew my 2005 Mazda would look good but was really impressed that it actually looked fantastic !! All surfaces were meticulously cleaned and the windows looked flawless. I could tell that a lot of time and professional detail experience went into the end result. It definitely exceeded my expectations. I'm bringing my truck in next. Great Job !!

Be carful that everthing is replaced in your car before leaving. I have used the car wash on Ogden Road a few times, and decided to buy the Delta Sonic Detail. Overall the tech did a good job and I always tip very well. It was the tech's supervisior that needed to be more organized on wrapping-up with geting a plastic on the damp seats, paper on the driver's floor, and ensuring EVERYTHING was replaced back in the car. I had to drove all the way back to get important paperwork and personal items that were NOT placed with the majoirty of my personal belongings that were bagged in clear bags. Still confused why everything was not together, nor did I get a call from the Manger why it happened. Guess the supervisor did not want the manager to know.
