Took several calls to schedule . I came in early morning (7:00 am on a Saturday ) trainer was mediocre at best. Gave me a list of exercises to do and went off to do his own thing. At the end of appointment, he said that, that day was his day. I called to schedule with a different trainer. Was told they only see people 9-5 ? Made a comment how little I paid for the Groupon. Horrible ! Don’t go

great staff and very friendly environment

Trainers are awesome and you're encouraged to challenge yourself, but go at your own pace. The workouts are always different and fun! They keep your muscles guessing!

Trainers are very informative. They make sure your form is proper and explain each set clearly. it is so great I joined!!
