I called on a Sunday afternoon and was able to leave a message. I didn't expect a call back till Monday, but I got a call back Sunday and was scheduled an appointment for Monday. They are a small operation, but seem very nice and polite and willing to help. They came to my house to pick up the computer and they took it back to their shop to diagnose and fix the issues (cheaper than if they try to fix it on site), later they also delivered the computer back to me. They accepted my groupon for the diagnosis and tune up, but I had to more for the parts and labor to fix the power supply that had gone bad. I didn't mind that because they were so nice about it and gave good service. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

They are very professional with there customers service, have a excellent knowledge with computers and can fix it depending on the problems you have
