If I could do no stars I would. Horrible experience. We purchased 2 hours and about 10-15 min in we noticed that everyone else’s pin drop was moving faster than ours. We notified management to get no change. This causes us to only be able to get through 1-1/2 games when we usually get through 3-4. When it got to the last 10 min of our time the machine began to work properly. Definitely a no!

This deal was a great value and I really enjoyed bowling here. It was two hours and that helped with playing at least three games. I would use this deal again in the future.

Groupon:
I recently visited this bowling alley using a Groupon for a 2-hour session, but my experience was disappointing from start to finish. There was confusion at the start, as several employees didn’t seem to know how to process Groupons, which caused unnecessary delays. While that issue was eventually resolved, the real problem came later.
I brought a large group of children and purchased multiple vouchers. When their game ended quickly, I asked to start another game, and the manager, Katy, very rudely told our server, “Their Groupon is over! Tell them if they want another game, they actually need to pay.” I was shocked and embarrassed to hear this, especially since I was following the rules and still had time left on my Groupon. When I politely pointed out that the Groupon was for two hours and we hadn’t even been there an hour, Katy insisted we had and was dismissive and unprofessional. When she checked and realized I was right, she didn’t apologize—she just said, “You can still play,” with the same rude attitude.
This was by far my worst experience using Groupon, and it completely ruined our visit. Katy’s demeanor was unprofessional and showed no regard for customer service. I addressed my concerns with her and was met with more attitude and argument. Thankfully, the general manager witnessed the exchange, apologized, and offered us game passes to make up for the poor service.
I’ve chosen to refund all other Groupons for this location because of this experience. Katy, the floor manager, needs serious training in customer service. I hope management addresses this so future guests don’t have a similar experience.

Service was good, the staff were friendly, and the facility was clean. The wings were great. Overall, fun Saturday afternoon activity.
