Their instructors are very friendly. I like how they could combine their Kickboxing program with their Taekwondo program. Their company's international and professional affiliations made me decide to try them out.

I'm sure Amy's Martial arts is good for their martial arts, but their zumba class is two thumbs down. It's the same leg movement each song with no arm movements and no combination of dance moves. I never thought I could say a zumba class was boring, but this one sure is.

The instructor was very professional and I liked that try moved at our pace. It didn't drag. I'm still sore! In a good way, haha

From Our Editors

A trio of black-belted Moras sisters lead the diverse fitness curriculum at Amys Martial Arts. Melany, Amely, and Samy blend the disciplined technique they’ve displayed in national, collegiate, and international martial-arts competitions with coaching and referee experience as they teach students aged 3 and older. Children's tae-kwon-do classes develop motor skills, balance, and a positive attitude, and tumbling sessions develop the sense of balance needed to roll, cartwheel, and handspring. Adults can explore the physical and mental benefits of tae kwon do's full-body workout or jump-start their heart rate with kickboxing, or imagine how they’d use tae kwon do to fend off a pack of wild rabbits.
