A trio of black-belted Moras sisters lead the diverse fitness curriculum at Amys Martial Arts. Melany, Amely, and Samy blend the disciplined technique they’ve displayed in national, collegiate, and international martial-arts competitions with coaching and referee experience as they teach students aged 3 and older. Children's tae-kwon-do classes develop motor skills, balance, and a positive attitude, and tumbling sessions develop the sense of balance needed to roll, cartwheel, and handspring. Adults can explore the physical and mental benefits of tae kwon do's full-body workout or jump-start their heart rate with kickboxing, or imagine how they’d use tae kwon do to fend off a pack of wild rabbits.
