Loved Cowabunga bay! It was Comfort Inn that was literally gross. Our bathroom wall paper was peeling, the sink leaked, mold on the wall. Dirt all over the doors. Pieces of ceiling on the floor. Hair and bug in coffee maker. When we checked in the clerk did not know how to print our pases for Cowabunga bay so she gave 3 half day passes that they had instead of our 4 all day passes. Should I go on???? What a waste of money for the hotel. Loved the water park though.

There should be a gate to go from the comfort inn to cowabunga instead of having to walk all the way around. The comfort inn guest services wasn't very friendly. Maybe I just caught him at a bad time. He didn't know when I could use the cowabunga passes the day I checked in or the next day. He didn't know what time the park closed.

It took quite a few emails to confirm how to redeem our Groupon. However, the hotel room was nice (and super close) and we had a wonderful time at Cowabunga Bay!

We booked are hotel stay and when we got there cowabunga bay was closed both days because there was a chance of rain. On their website it said they were supposed to be open. We were very mad that we went all the way down there for nothing. We had very mad kids.
