From steak to seafood, Amalfi Mediterranean Fusion serves a variety of authentic dishes from all over the Mediterranean region in a fine-dining setting that features an imported Ottomon chandelier.

• Salads and dips: Middle Eastern staples such as hummus, tabouli, fattoush, and baba ghanouj open up diners' palates. The chef's salad—made with mixed baby greens, roasted walnuts, cranberry, feta, and apples—is one of their best-selling menu items.
• Wraps and plates: Diners can choose a plate or wrap filled with beef, chicken shawerma, or falafel. Beef shawerma wraps include pickles, sautéed red onions, hummus, and tahini salad wrapped in lavash. Chicken shawerma wraps include fresh cabbage, pickles, sautéed red onions, and garlic aioli wrapped in lavash.
• Dinner entrees: Steaks are cooked with their own unique sauce, sautéed vegetables, and served with a double-baked potato. On the creative side, the menu features sautéed shrimp and rose pasta, beef garbanzo goulash, and vegetable saffron couscous. Chef's dishes include Amalfi lamb rack, pistachio crusted lamb rack, tomato provençale, and mushroom pithivier.
