I have been a loyal customer since you opened, but recently I've been disappointed. Your food is delicious and consistent, as usual, but what happened to the wine list in the last few months? You no longer carry my favorite wines, including your wonderful flights. It's hard to understand how a restaurant called Cellar 9 could have such cheap wine and such a small wine list. I know you guys are just trying to stay open, but you're alienating your regular customers by changing the menu to save money. Also, if you're going to change your hours please let people know. I tried to dine on Monday at 6:30, but the doors were locked. I really loved you guys and last night's dinner made me long for the old Cellar 9. I hope you can make enough money to return to that in the future. If not, I don't think I'll be returning.
