Poor customer service.

Great service in how they receive new comers to the bowling alley. No down time in the lane we were on - meaning there was no mechanical problems at all. Would have given 5 Stars, but wondered why the man behind the desk gave us a lane right next to another group of bowlers, while there was many lanes available.

Don't bother to use Groupon at this place! We called ahead multiple times to find out what would be a good time to redeem the deal we had got from Groupon, and we were always told to come after 8pm or 9pm. Last Friday we called again and was told that there was no lane available before 8:30pm. We decided to go and take a look anyway. We got there around 8 and the place was not busy at all. When we tried to use the Groupon deal, the shift manager told us that it can only be redeemed before 8pm. We had to pay for shoe rentals and we only got one (instead of two) hour of bowling. We told the manager that when we called before the staff always told us to come after 8pm, even though we informed them that we're using Groupon. The manager was NOT surprised at all and just replied, "I can't be responsible for what other staff told you." It's a nice place for bowling, but the way they deal with Groupon customers is dishonest. We basically got $5 dollars off from the Groupon deal, after all that trouble. It's not worth it.

We felt, there treatment to Groupon customer was not pleasant.
