Hi team, I cannot use this as the old owner is moved out and rented it to new owner and they are no more accepting Groupons and I am unable to receive second massage because of this. Please help me out and request to refund my money as they are not accepting anymore.

I felt like the woman that gave me a minus size was not present she barely ramp to me and she would continue to Robin the same spot

I purchased 2 one hour massages. I used my first one on 9/24/19 and now the voucher for the second 1 hour massage is gone. The 2nd massage is a gift for my husband. The Spa acknowledged I had purchased 2. How do I get the voucher for the 2nd massage as the Spa needed to see and scan the voucher?

I was scheduled for a 45 minute massage and 45 minute foot massage The massages were okay but what transpired during is what I found unpleasant. 3 times during the massage she answered the phone and was talking in the room while trying to do the massage, then left the room twice to see what came in the front door. She was yelling to the other therapist from the room. Then when I left unsure weather to leave a tip I did and she was not happy and pointed out the it should have been more. I said I was not completely satisfied and I left. I felt insulated that she felt she deserved a certain percentage regardless of how the service was. I am a good tipper when it is warranted. I will not return
