About Rockin' Jump - Dublin, OH
An enormous arena made of stretchy trampolines is the centerpiece of Rockin' Jump, a facility dedicated to the bouncing arts. In other parts of the elastic arena, jumpers can zig and zag during games of dodgeball, joust on the new X beam, or vault off a trampoline launch pad into large air bags.
Safety is key at Rockin' Jump. In addition to outfitting the place with ample padding and netting, the owners have employed trained Jump Patrol monitors to prevent overcrowding and unsafe jumping. With all of the supervision, plus a private party area, the springy playground is an ideal venue for kids' birthday celebrations and other special events.

Came here and all the attractions were closed and my son was the ONLY one here besides the workers and I

We apologize that some of our attractions are currently closed. Due to corporate policy, all of our harnessed attractions and Wipe Out need to be replaced/remodeled due to safety concerns. We hope to have new and improved attractions in their place soon!

We apologize that your last visit was not what you were expecting. Unfortunately, due to corporate policy, all of our harnessed attractions and Wipe Out are closed for renovation/replacement. Thankfully, this is temporary, and we will be getting our new and improved attractions up soon!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, facilities were clean and had a variety of activities for the kids. They also had a gluten free option on the menu which I appreciated for my daughter's sake. With the birthday package we got 2 pizzas, so I chose one regular and one gluten free. The gluten free pizza was VERY small and would feed 1-2 kids max so if I had a complaint that would be it. Since my daughter was the only one who had to eat gluten free it wasn't a huge deal, but I do think they should make it clear on the menu just how small that GF pizza is. I'm not sure if it was a mistake or if it was to make up for the tiny pizza, but we were given an extra pizza for free so we did end up having enough food for everyone. Overall great experience and we'll likely go back for my son's birthday in the spring!

Neon night was so much fun! Lots of things to do- climb wall, warp wall, harness jump, zip line, obstacle course, dodge ball, and trampolines of course. The staff was very helpful and nice. We will go again!

I took my kids here in a Friday night. After we checked in we got our socks on and headed to the jump zone. However it was complete dead silence. After jumping like that for a 10 minutes I finally was like maybe they don’t know their music is off. In the past Iv been to sky zone and they do have music so I thought it would be the same thing. So, the manager did turn on the music. Some of the areas were closed due to it being broken. I got over charged at the concessions stand. When we left the ice cream machine was broken and it totally upset my daughter. Instead of the manager suggesting hey we have some dip n dots behind the counter…I noticed them myself and asked him hey do you have dip n dots behind the counter? He said yes we do. I was like thanks for letting me mess with your broken machine for 10 minutes. This place was an experience but not a good one.

Hello Camille, thanks for leaving a review. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with us. Our music is scheduled to play throughout the day, stopping only for short announcements. We thank you for alerting the manager that the music was off for longer than normal so they could fix it! We will use your feedback to fix the ice cream machine and instruct the staff to bring attention to our Mini-Melts coolers when other options are unavailable. In our Rockin' Jump Columbus locations there is one attraction that is currently closed, the High Dive. We are working hard to get it back up and running but we are unfortunately waiting for some materials to come in and as such can't give a specific date when it will be fixed. We hope that you all will give us another chance and come see us again.
