They were bad. They were they for 10 minutes and all they did was spray WD-40 on the springs and we wanted other things done (which we would pay for) and the guy wouldn't even listen or do what we asked. Very disappointing. Would never use them.

Steve was a nice enough guy, really. But he was in and out in about 15 minutes, and probably five of those minutes was spend when he came inside to wash his hands and when he was trying to re-program our keyless entry (he didn't get it set, so we called the manufacturer and they talked my husband through it). He did explain to us what he was looking at and doing as he went along, and reccommended we make an adjustment to a piece of wood. But he just seemed in such a hurry, like he had somewhere else he just had to get to...

I was told everything was fine w/ my door, which greatly puts my mind at ease. However, i would have been disappointed if I had paid $100 (stated value of groupon) for what took 10 minutes and a couple sprays of WD-40.
