Awesome experience

I purchased this Groupon and the associate at the front desk approved a refund by sending me an email with "you have been refunded " as the subject. She stated Groupon would handle the monetary refund. I forwarded and screen shot the email, but Groupon has not approved the refund. They're saying the merchant has to send a more detailed email. I believe the associate knew the email with refund only in the subject would not be approved. She didn't offer any other option, so that I would go home thinking the refund was approved. Deceptive!

We had a great time! If you want to try something different for a night out with the family or date night.. try this. You will have a lot to talk about on the way home!

Place is tiny, escape rooms have no ceiling attached, rooms aren't well-thought out, you only get an hour. Host was very friendly though!
