Couldn't get interior glass clean after two attempts. Suprise $30 charge for detailing my SUV. Wouldn't wipe down the chrome nerf bars (chrome step bars) on car.

They did not stick to the schedule they gave me. Initially was suppose to take 4 hours. I came by at 10:00am and was told one cat there and they were working on it. Mine was to be next, was told to leave the car at 1:00pm and it was to be ready by 4. Called maybe around 4:15 and was told it was ready. Got someone to bring me over to pick up the car and they had not even pulled it around. They took maybe an hour. Had to tell the tech about places he had missed both inside and out. Then was told my the guy in front that I could drive from the back I had paid by groupon. It was like they gave me a lower detailed than the one advertised .

If you buy Groupon they only take Groupon Customer on Wednesday and Friday. they didn't do a good job waste of my money if you ask me.
